Six years ago, Colorado took the first step in a movement that has swept the nation: legalizing marijuana.  While some supported the move there are no facts about what happens when states increase access to marijuana.  Six years after legalizing marijuana studies show more youth are using marijuana, impaired traffic fatalities are on the rise and dispensaries are recommending that pregnant women use marijuana for morning sickness.  Curtis Reece, Director of Prevention and Community-Based Services, at the Phoenix Center, joined me on Week N Pulse.
